Messaging Program

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Ownership

Boswell Enterprises LLC wholly owns and operates this website and all services provided. Our software is built on a licensed platform called HighLevel (GHL), and as such, certain terms are dictated by our partnership with GHL. We are a white-label HighLevel agency that resells their software.

1. Use of Services & Software

  • License: By subscribing to our software, you receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our white-labeled software solutions for your business needs. Redistribution or resale of our software without prior written approval is prohibited.

  • Unlimited Emails: Our plans include unlimited email sending within the allocated contact limits. SMS messaging is available at an additional cost.

  • Plan Limits: If you exceed the contact limits of your current plan, we reserve the right to automatically upgrade you to the next tier, with prior notification. Contact limits are based on the total number of contacts in your account.

  • Modifications: We may update software features, integrations, and services without prior notice, as part of ongoing improvements.

2. Service Agreement

  • Scope: We provide consulting, software, and digital services intended to support your business growth. Results may vary based on your effort and implementation, and no specific results are guaranteed.

  • Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide necessary access to your data and materials for us to perform our services. It is your responsibility to implement our strategies and follow through with provided guidance.

  • Payment: Payment is required for services and subscriptions before access is granted. You agree to keep valid payment information on file. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and charges will occur on a recurring basis until canceled.

  • White-Labeling: Our software is built on HighLevel, and we adhere to their licensing terms. Any restrictions from HighLevel also apply to your use of our software.

  • Client Data: You retain ownership of all data you provide, and we will use it only to deliver our services to you. We may analyze anonymized data to improve our offerings.

5. Liability & Indemnification

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, software, or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services during the previous three months.
